Ultimate Hamburger Rice Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound of hamburger meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
Instructions
1. In a large pan, cook the hamburger meat over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add the chopped onions and cook until translucent and slightly caramelized.
3. Add the diced tomatoes and minced garlic to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
4. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.
5. Return the cooked hamburger meat to the pan and mix well with the onion, tomato, and garlic mixture.
6. Once the rice is cooked, add it to the pan and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the flavors combine.
7. Sprinkle the chopped chives over the top and mix them in.
