Truffle Parmesan Pasta with Grilled Shrimp



Ingredients


- 1 pound of fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 cup of truffle oil
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions


1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the truffle oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and garlic.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Toss until the cheese is melted and the pasta is coated evenly.
6. Serve the truffle Parmesan pasta with grilled shrimp hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- 4 lobster tails (600g)
- 4 filet mignon steaks (600g)
- 113g butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 15g chopped fresh parsley

- 15mL olive oil

Instructions


1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic and parsley. Set aside.
4. Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
6. Add the filet mignon to the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
7. Brush the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture halfway through cooking.
8. Serve the lobster tails with a squeeze of lemon and the filet mignon topped with the remaining garlic butter.
