The Ultimate Cheesy Beef Chili



Ingredients


- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions


1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, allowing the flavors to bloom for a minute.
4. Add the kidney beans and tomato sauce to the pot, stirring until well combined.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the chili for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve the chili hot, topped with grated cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
