Irresistible Gouda and Sharp Cheddar Pan Fry Recipe - A Gourmet Delight!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of gouda cheese
- 8 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat on the stovetop.
2. Grate the gouda and sharp cheddar cheeses using a box grater.
3. Once the skillet is hot, sprinkle half of the grated gouda evenly over the surface.
4. Layer half of the grated sharp cheddar on top of the gouda.
5. Allow the cheeses to melt and start to bubble.
6. Carefully flip the cheese patty using a spatula and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove the cheese patty from the skillet and transfer it to a serving plate.
8. Repeat steps 3-7 with the remaining grated cheeses.
9. Serve while hot and slightly gooey in the center.
