Easy and Delicious Broccoli Miso Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (approximately 6 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon of miso paste evenly over each salmon fillet.
4. Arrange the broccoli florets around the salmon on the baking sheet.
5. Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Bake the salmon and broccoli in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. While the salmon and broccoli are baking, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
8. Serve the cooked salmon and broccoli over a bed of rice.
9. Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or additional miso paste if desired.
