World Famous Michelin-Star-Quality Recipe: Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Carrots, Onions, Garlic, and Sweet Potatoes



Ingredients:


- 4 beef tenderloin steaks (6 oz each)
- 4 large carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 sweet potatoes

Instructions:


1. Preheat your Kamado Joe grill to medium-high heat.
2. Trim any excess fat from the beef tenderloin steaks and season them generously with salt and pepper.
3. Peel the carrots and sweet potatoes, then cut them into chunks of approximately 1-inch thick.
4. Peel and quarter the onions.
5. Crush the garlic cloves.
6. Dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in 1 cup of hot water to prepare the beef broth.
7. Place the beef tenderloin steaks, carrots, onions, garlic, and sweet potatoes on the grill grates.
8. Grill the beef tenderloin steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness (medium-rare is recommended).
9. Grill the carrots, onions, garlic, and sweet potatoes until they are tender and slightly charred, approximately 15-20 minutes.
10. Remove everything from the grill and let the beef rest for a few minutes before slicing.
11. Serve the grilled beef tenderloin steaks with the roasted carrots, onions, garlic, and sweet potatoes. Enjoy!
