Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the Lasagna Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, layering them between sheets of parchment paper to prevent sticking.
3. Prepare the Meat Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
