Ultimate Cheesy Taco Stuffed Pablano Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 pound of Hamburger Meat
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 cup of Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of Corn
- 4 Pablano Peppers
- 1 cup of Beef Broth
- 2 tablespoons of Taco seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet, cook the hamburger meat until browned. Add in the diced onion and cook until translucent.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning and beef broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Cut the tops off the Pablano peppers and remove the seeds and ribs.
5. Stuff each pepper with the meat mixture, top with corn and cheese.
6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
