- 8 Tortillas

- 1 cup diced onions
Instructions
1. Start by cooking the beef tenderloin in a skillet over medium heat until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Set aside to rest.
2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until just set.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or oven.
