Ingredients


- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 8 sausages

Instructions


1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, water, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined.
2. Gradually add flour to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth batter forms.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, cook sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
5. Melt butter in the skillet and pour in 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
6. Serve pancakes stacked with bacon, sausages, and a drizzle of maple syrup on top.
