Supreme Tater Tot Nachos
Ingredients:
• 500g Ground beef
• Avocado
• 500ml Sour cream
• 1 Packet of Taco seasoning
• 200g Cheddar Cheese
• 500g Tater Tots
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 250°C (475°F). Spread out the tater tots onto a baking sheet and bake according to its packaging instructions until they are crisp and golden brown.
2. While the tater tots are baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet and break it down with a spoon as it cooks.
3. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked ground beef and stir to fully incorporate the seasoning. Remove from heat once fully cooked.
4. Remove the tater tots from the oven and sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the tots. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the ground beef and return the baking sheet to the oven. Bake until the cheese has melted and is bubbling, about 10 minutes.
5. Slice the avocado and place it on top of the nachos. Dollop sour cream over the nachos. Serve hot.
