Stir-Fried Black Pepper Pork with Green Curry and Sticky Rice
Ingredients
- Pork
- Green Curry
- Sticky Rice
- Peppers
- Chilis
Instructions
- Fine chop peppers and chilis. Thin slice pork into bite-size pieces.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil and mix in chopped peppers and chilis.
- Stir-fry peppers and chilis until fragrant.
- Add into the wok the sliced pork and season with black pepper. Stir-fry until all sides of pork become brown.
- Pour in green curry sauce and mix well. Cover the skillet and reduce heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
- While the pork is simmering, prepare the sticky rice according to package instructions.
- Once the sticky rice is cooked and the pork is done, plate with a scoop of sticky rice and top with stir-fried black pepper pork. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
