Stir-Fried Black Pepper Pork with Green Curry and Sticky Rice



Ingredients



  • Pork

  • Green Curry

  • Sticky Rice

  • Peppers

  • Chilis



Instructions



  1. Fine chop peppers and chilis. Thin slice pork into bite-size pieces.

  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil and mix in chopped peppers and chilis.

  3. Stir-fry peppers and chilis until fragrant.

  4. Add into the wok the sliced pork and season with black pepper. Stir-fry until all sides of pork become brown.

  5. Pour in green curry sauce and mix well. Cover the skillet and reduce heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

  6. While the pork is simmering, prepare the sticky rice according to package instructions.

  7. Once the sticky rice is cooked and the pork is done, plate with a scoop of sticky rice and top with stir-fried black pepper pork. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
