Spicy Sichuan Octopus with Turmeric Almond Papaya Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Tumeric
- 1 medium papaya
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper
- 1 pound Octopus
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together turmeric, Sichuan pepper, and almonds. Set aside.
2. Cut papaya into small cubes and mix in with almond mixture.
3. Clean and boil octopus until tender, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
4. Mix octopus with papaya and almond mixture.
5. Grill octopus mixture on Kamado Joe until slightly charred.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
