Spicy Chicken Cucumber Spinach Wrap



Ingredients


- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 4 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 cup pickles, sliced

Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Marinate the chicken breasts with your favorite spices and herbs for 30 minutes.
3. Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes per side.
4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
5. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, chicken, spinach, and pickles.
6. Toss the ingredients together until well combined.
7. Take a large tortilla or flatbread and place the chicken mixture in the center.
8. Wrap the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
9. Cut the wrap into desired portions and secure with toothpicks if needed.
10. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
