- 1 can beans
- 1 cup cojita cheese
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 jalepenos, sliced
- 2 poblano peppers, sliced

Instructions


1. In a large skillet, sauté onions, jalepenos, and poblano peppers until they are soft.
2. Add in the shredded chicken and taco seasoning, stirring until well combined.
3. In a separate skillet, heat the corn tortillas until they are warm.
4. Fill each tortilla with a spoonful of the chicken mixture, beans, and a sprinkle of cojita cheese.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
