Ingredients

- 5 grams paprika
- 2 grams dried thyme
- 5 grams salt
- 3 grams black pepper
- 4 eggs
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the beef cubes to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
