Lamb Curry with Rice



Ingredients



  • 500g Lamb

  • 1 Cup of Rice

  • 3 Tablespoon of Curry

  • 4 Medium-sized Tomatoes



Instructions



  1. Cut the lamb into pieces, save for later.

  2. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Keep aside.

  3. Cook the rice separately using a rice cooker or a saucepan. Let it be warm.

  4. In a large pan, pour some oil and add the lamb pieces. Fry them until they change their colour.

  5. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and let them cook until they get soft and juicy.

  6. Sprinkle the curry over the lamb and tomatoes. Mix it all together until everything is well mixed.

  7. Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Check and stir occasionally to avoid burning.

  8. Once the curry is thick and the lamb is tender, remove from heat. Serve over the warm rice and enjoy your meal.
