Lamb Curry with Rice
Ingredients
- 500g Lamb
- 1 Cup of Rice
- 3 Tablespoon of Curry
- 4 Medium-sized Tomatoes
Instructions
- Cut the lamb into pieces, save for later.
- Dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Keep aside.
- Cook the rice separately using a rice cooker or a saucepan. Let it be warm.
- In a large pan, pour some oil and add the lamb pieces. Fry them until they change their colour.
- Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and let them cook until they get soft and juicy.
- Sprinkle the curry over the lamb and tomatoes. Mix it all together until everything is well mixed.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Check and stir occasionally to avoid burning.
- Once the curry is thick and the lamb is tender, remove from heat. Serve over the warm rice and enjoy your meal.
