  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Next, season your chicken with salt and pepper, then place it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven. Let it cook until the chicken skin becomes crispy, usually about 30-40 minutes.

  3. While the chicken is cooking, take a large pot and combine the beef broth, onions, and potatoes. Bring this mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer.

  4. In the meantime, prepare your noodles as per the package instructions. Ensure they're al dente - cooked to be firm to the bite.

  5. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before chopping it into smaller pieces. Be sure to remove any bones.

  6. Add the chicken and noodles to your simmering broth. Give a good stir, allowing the flavors to meld together.
