Grilled Chicken Salad with Berry Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 6 cups field of greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
Instructions
1. Preheat the flat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill them for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
3. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
4. In a large bowl, combine the field of greens, strawberries, blueberries, and cherry tomatoes.
5. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
6. Divide the salad among four plates and top each with the grilled chicken strips.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
