Grilled Cheeseburger with Tangy Mayo and Pickles
Ingredients:
- 1 pound hamburger meat
 - 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or American)
 - 4 hamburger buns
 - 4 tablespoons mayo
 - 8 pickle slices

Instructions:
- Preheat your Kamado Joe grill to medium-high heat.
 - Divide the hamburger meat into four equal portions and shape them into patties, ensuring they are slightly larger than the hamburger buns to allow for shrinkage during cooking.
 - Season the patties generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
 - Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium, the internal temperature should be around 160°F (71°C).
 - While the hamburger patties are cooking, slice the hamburger buns in half and spread a tablespoon of mayo on the bottom half of each bun.
 - Once the patties are almost done, top each patty with a slice of cheese and allow it to melt for about a minute or until it reaches a gooey consistency.
 - Remove the patties from the grill and place them on the mayo-spread bottom half of each bun.
 - Top the cheeseburgers with two pickle slices each.
 - Cover the burgers with the top half of the bun, creating a delicious sandwich.
 - If desired, wrap the burgers in foil and return them to the grill for a minute or two, allowing the flavors to meld together and the bun to become warm and toasty.
 - Remove the foil-wrapped burgers from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy the sensational combination of grilled hamburger meat, gooey melted cheese, tangy mayo, and crunchy pickles!
