Green Curry Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of Green curry
- 500g of Chicken, sliced into thin strips
- 1 large Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups of Bean sprouts
Instructions:
- In a large pan or wok, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir until it’s browned and nearly cooked.
- Add the onions to the pan and sauté until they’re translucent.
- Stir in the Green curry paste, ensuring the chicken and onions are well coated.
- Add the bean sprouts, cooking just until they’re heated through, to preserve their crunch.
- Remove from the heat, and serve hot. This dish is best enjoyed with steamed white rice.
