Green Curry Chicken Stir Fry



Ingredients:



  • 2 tablespoons of Green curry

  • 500g of Chicken, sliced into thin strips

  • 1 large Onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups of Bean sprouts



Instructions:



  • In a large pan or wok, heat some oil over medium heat.

  • Add the sliced chicken and stir until it’s browned and nearly cooked.

  • Add the onions to the pan and sauté until they’re translucent.

  • Stir in the Green curry paste, ensuring the chicken and onions are well coated.

  • Add the bean sprouts, cooking just until they’re heated through, to preserve their crunch.

  • Remove from the heat, and serve hot. This dish is best enjoyed with steamed white rice.
