Decadent Chocolate Pudding Soufflé: A Irresistible Dessert That Will Melt In Your Mouth



Ingredients


- 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease four individual ramekins.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and sugar, and mix well.
3. Separate the egg yolks from the whites, placing the yolks in a large mixing bowl.
4. In a separate small bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
5. Gradually fold the egg yolks into the chocolate pudding mixture until well combined.
6. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate them.
7. Divide the pudding mixture evenly among the greased ramekins.
8. Place the ramekins onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the soufflés have risen and the tops are golden brown.
9. While the soufflés are baking, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
10. Once baked, remove the soufflés from the oven and serve immediately, topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
