Crunchy Pan-Fried Chicken Supper



Ingredients


- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions


1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil.
2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. In another dish, beat eggs.
4. Coat each chicken breast in flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
