Chicken and Cheese Pan-fry with Green Beans



Ingredients



  • Boneless Skinless chicken breast

  • Green beans

  • Onions

  • Cheese (preferably mozzarella or cheddar)

  • A loaf of bread (preferably sourdough or whole grain)



Instructions



  1. Chop the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. Fine the slice the onions. Trim ends of the green beans and cut into halves, if long.

  3. Preheat your pan, then add oil. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they are golden brown and fully cooked, for about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.

  4. In the same pan, add the onions and sauté until they become translucent. Next, add the green beans and stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the chicken back to the pan. Stir everything together to ensure the components mix well.

  6. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the pan. Cover and let it sit for a minute or until the cheese melts fully.

  7. Slice the bread and serve alongside the cheesy chicken and green bean stir-fry. Enjoy while it's hot!
