Chicken and Cheese Pan-fry with Green Beans
Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless chicken breast
- Green beans
- Onions
- Cheese (preferably mozzarella or cheddar)
- A loaf of bread (preferably sourdough or whole grain)
Instructions
- Chop the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Fine the slice the onions. Trim ends of the green beans and cut into halves, if long.
- Preheat your pan, then add oil. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they are golden brown and fully cooked, for about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onions and sauté until they become translucent. Next, add the green beans and stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add the chicken back to the pan. Stir everything together to ensure the components mix well.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the pan. Cover and let it sit for a minute or until the cheese melts fully.
- Slice the bread and serve alongside the cheesy chicken and green bean stir-fry. Enjoy while it's hot!
