Ingredients
- 8 large eggs

- 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they become translucent and fragrant.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well-combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
