Award-Winning Spicy Stuffed Jalapeno Sausage Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

- 4 jalapeno sausages
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 box of jalapeno stuffing mix

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the jalapeno sausage until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the sliced onions and minced garlic until tender and golden brown.
4. Prepare the jalapeno stuffing mix according to the package instructions.
5. Take each jalapeno sausage and carefully create a slit lengthwise down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through.
6. Stuff each sausage generously with the prepared jalapeno stuffing mix.
7. Place the stuffed sausages onto a baking sheet and top with the sautéed onions and garlic.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausages are fully cooked and the stuffing is heated through.
