Award-Winning Bacon Cheeseburger with Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients

- 1 lb of ground Beef
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 4 slices of American Cheese
- 8 slices of Bacon
- 4 medium Potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your Kamado Joe grill to medium-high heat.
2. Shape the ground beef into four patties, approximately 1/4 lb each. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place the beef patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about a minute until lightly charred.
4. While the patties are cooking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.

7. Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked beef patty on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a slice of American cheese, cooked bacon, and the top bun.
8. Serve the bacon cheeseburgers with the crispy potato wedges on the side.
