Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Generously brush the outside of each bell pepper with BBQ sauce. Reserve a little extra sauce for later.
- Once the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips or dice it into small cubes.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the sliced or diced chicken, filling them almost to the top.
- Top each stuffed bell pepper with a sprinkle of shredded cheese.

- 28 grams butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
3. Grill the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes per side until reaching an internal temperature of 75°C.
4. Cut the tops off the bell peppers, remove seeds and membranes, and rinse them.
5. Brush the inside of each bell pepper with melted butter.
6. Brush the outside of each bell pepper with BBQ sauce.
7. Slice or dice the cooked chicken and stuff the bell peppers nearly to the top.
8. Top each stuffed bell pepper with shredded cheese.
9. Bake the stuffed bell peppers at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until tender and cheese is melted.
10. Drizzle extra BBQ sauce on top before serving.
