Ingredients


- 1 pound baby bok choy
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1.5 pounds carne asada
- 2 onions

Instructions


1. Wash the baby bok choy thoroughly and trim off the tough ends. Set aside.
2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. Meanwhile, slice the carne asada into thin strips and dice the onions.
4. Add the carne asada to the boiling broth and cook for 5 minutes or until the meat is tender.
5. Remove the cooked meat from the broth and set aside.
6. In the same pot, sauté the diced onions until they turn golden brown.
7. Add the baby bok choy to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
8. Return the cooked carne asada to the pot and stir well to combine all the flavors.
