The Ultimate Bacon Breakfast Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, baking powder, sour cream, flour, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
2. Stir in crumbled bacon until well combined.
